چکیده مقاله:
Background and Aim: So far, many researchers have studied obsessive-compulsive and antisocial personality disorder. Each of them has identified a factor as the main cause of these disorders according to their own view. So no attempt has been made to examine metacognitive and analytical factors in a single model and perspective. Methods: This is a descriptive and correlational study. The sample consisted of ۳۴۴ subjects with three subgroups including normal (۲۰۶), obsessive-compulsive (n = ۴۸) people, antisocial people who have committed economic crimes (n = ۴۵) and who have committed non-economic crimes (n ۴۵). Sampling in all three studies was in available and voluntary way. The tools used in this study were: Superego test, metacognition test and rumination test. The statistical test used is the mediation analysis test. Results: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between superego and metacognition with mediation of rumination in obsessive-compulsive patients, antisocial and normal subjects. Conclusion: The pathway analysis test in normal people is fit and shows that there is a positive relationship between superego and rumination and there is a negative relationship between rumination and metacognition. That is, the relationship between superego and metacognition with mediation of rumination is negative. The results also show that the correlation between the variables in the other groups undergoes changes. And to be more precise, the pattern fits only in the normal group and does not fit in the other groups. Thus, the model of the relationship between superego and metacognition with mediation of rumination had the highest coherence in normal subjects whereas in the group with obsessive-compulsive disorder and group with antisocial personality disorder there was less cohesion. So that in people with antisocial personality who have committed non-economic crimes it was the least and it looks like the metacognitive and superego variables as representing different structures of psych (ego and superego) were practically independent of each other and there was no significant interaction between them. This finding is in line with what Campek and Levitten (۲۰۰۷) and Salzman & Thaler (۱۹۸۱) say about the reduction of mental integration in people with obsessive-compulsive disorder. This means that people with mental disorders are moving toward mental breakdown and disruption and their personality has lost its fullness and strength. Accordingly, people with antisocial personality disorder who have committed non-economic crimes had the highest rate of psychological disruption. Practically we could say they were in borderline conditions.
