چکیده مقاله:

حملات مشترک آمریکا و اسرائیل و تهدیدهای آخرالزمانی علیه ایران، اقدام فوری جهانی را، به ویژه از سوی سازمان ملل، برای جلوگیری از بی عدالتی و جنایات وحشیانه می طلبد. حملات غیرقانونی به جمعیت غیرنظامی و زیرساخت های غیرنظامی نقض جدی قوانین بین المللی بشردوستانه و مستلزم طرح دعوی جدی است و احتمالا باید با عنوان جنایت جنگی تحت صلاحیت جهانی قرار گیرد. در این مقاله کوتاه، اصول اقدام های بشردوستانه در مناطق درگیر را شرح خواهیم داد و بیان می داریم چگونه جمیع اعضای جامعه بین المللی در اجرای مسئولیت های قانونی و اخلاقی خود در حمایت از جمعیت مورد حمله قرارگرفته کوتاهی کرده اند.
