چکیده مقاله:
Business intelligence plays a fundamental role in shaping and maintaining the competitive advantages of firms in this economic landscape. The aim of this study is to scrutinize the impact of business intelligence on the financial performance of firms by explaining the mediating role of organizational learning and innovation. The statistical population of this study includes experts and managers of Iran Carbon Company. A total of ۱۴۸ people were selected through stratified random sampling. The required data was collected using standard and valid questionnaires. After examining the descriptive statistics of the variables, the conceptual model of the research, which was designed based on the theoretical literature, was analyzed by Smart PLS software. Goodness-of-fit tests were also performed. The findings indicated that business intelligence had a positive and significant effect on organizational learning, innovation, and financial performance. Additionally, organizational learning had a positive and significant effect on innovation and financial performance, and innovation had a positive and significant effect on financial performance. It is suggested that future studies examine the role of other organizational factors such as culture, leadership, and strategic agility in financial performance, as well as external factors such as demographic changes and industry life cycles. To enhance business intelligence, firms should prioritize strengthening and developing the necessary technological infrastructure, architectures, and technologies needed to transform raw data into useful and meaningful information.
