Chemical Components and Biological Activities in Lilii Bulbus Based on Scientometrics : A Review

چکیده مقاله:
The inheritance and utilization of "homology of medicine and food" have become the focus of the society and the market. In order to avoid the singularity of traditional reviews, the scientometric method (software "CiteSpace") was used to conduct visual knowledge graph analysis and summarize the existing Chinese and English literature on Lilii Bulbus at home and abroad, and predict the research hotspots of Lilii Bulbus. There are ۲۳۵ chemical components in Lilii Bulbus, including ۱۱۱ steroidal saponins, ۱۷ polysaccharides, ۱۴ flavonoids, ۲۱ steroidal alkaloids, ۵۳ phenylpropenoid glycerides, and ۱۹ other chemical components. The biological activities of Lilii Bulbus from extraction methods, compounds, models, and effective concentrations were summarized. In addition, scientometric software analysis shows that the research on Lilii Bulbus can be classified into five categories: chemical components, biological activities, species origin, quality evaluation, and methods of extraction and purification. It is worth noting that the identification and assessment of chemical components (like steroidal glycosides) of Lilii Bulbus and their biological activities (such as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects) are the current research foci for Lilii Bulbus research. To sum up, Lilii Bulbus, which is homologous in medicine and food, has great potential in the treatment of cancer and inflammation and can also be used as a cosmetic raw material of natural origin to deeply explore the efficacy of cosmetics and increase the added value of products.
