چکیده مقاله:

The present study, using the Dematel technique, seeks to design a model of factors effecting the successful implementation of manufacturing contracts in the field of oil and gas. This research, based on the purpose is functional, and in terms of data collection, is a mixed research (qualitative-quantitative). The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, and it was done in order to collect information, with a theoretical and purposeful method (snowball) with ۲۱ experts in construction contracts in the field of oil and gas. Using expert opinions, ۳۰ variables were finalized which become the base of preparing the main questionnaire. ۳۸۴ questionnaires were distributed among the sample members (contractors, consultants, employers and people related to construction contracts in the field of oil and gas). To analyze the data, the theme analysis method was used, and to rank the components and approved indicators among the multi-criteria decision-making techniques, the Dematel technique was used under the Super Decision software. The results of Dematel model showed that among the six influential indicators of the international dimension with the values of R, L, (R + J) and (R - J), respectively (۹.۲۴۵۳۰۵, ۷.۷۹۴۹۴۱, ۱۷.۰۴۰۲۵, ۱.۴۵۰۳۶۴ ) have the greatest impact on the success of the implementation of construction contracts in the field of oil and gas, and also the economic, political, legal and technical dimensions are in the second to fifth priorities, respectively.
