چکیده مقاله:
Human lunar exploration presents unique physiological, environmental, and operational hazards that significantly challenge conventional medical support. Astronauts are exposed to low gravity, immune dysregulation, impaired wound healing, and the risks posed by reactive lunar regolith dust, which together complicate trauma management and increase susceptibility to infection. To address these challenges, this study proposes an autonomous lunar casualty evacuation system integrating hybrid mobility (wheels with controlled thruster hover), an adjustable medical stretcher, a robotic arm capable of performing CPR and other critical interventions, autonomous navigation sensors, and onboard modules for suturing, defibrillation, injections, and patient stabilization. The system incorporates real-time vital sign monitoring, intelligent control algorithms, and thermal-protected power management to ensure reliable operation in extreme lunar conditions. By combining advanced robotics, low-altitude propulsion, and intelligent medical technologies, the platform enables rapid on-site care, reduces reliance on crew intervention, minimizes wound contamination, and enhances patient survival until transport to medical facilities. This autonomous stretcher represents a pivotal advancement for future crewed lunar missions and sets a precedent for next-generation autonomous medical systems in deep-space exploration.
