چکیده مقاله:
This work presents a ۳D CFD simulation focused on tilted electrode and temperature in the electrorefining cell. The model was validated with operational data from the Sarcheshmeh copper complex (Iran), using the SST k-w turbulence model with buoyancy and drag forces. Results indicate that tilted electrodes reduced anodic slime settling by ۱۷% versus vertical ones. Temperature variations (۶۵-۷۵ °C) enhanced dispersion and suspension slime particles.
