چکیده مقاله:

School health education has rapidly evolved in response to post-pandemic challenges, digital transformation, and emerging adolescent health issues. This review highlights new research from ۲۰۲۳-۲۰۲۵, focusing on advancements in intervention design, implementation, and outcomes. Recent studies emphasize whole-school approaches aligned with the Health Promoting Schools (HPS) framework, integrating digital tools, mental health literacy, and equity strategies. Systematic reviews show modest but significant effects of school-based interventions on reducing screen time, building resilience, promoting physical activity, and improving health literacy. eHealth and mHealth platforms have proven effective in nutrition and vaping prevention. Methodological innovations include hybrid delivery models, youth co-design, and implementation science to bridge evidence gaps. Studies also address planetary health, social-emotional learning, and culturally tailored programs to reduce disparities.
