چکیده مقاله:

Crisis management and emergency preparedness increasingly depend on the integration of innovative technologies and early warning systems (EWS) to enhance response effectiveness and reduce human and environmental losses. This study aims to review recent technological advancements and evaluate their role in improving crisis response and preparedness. Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), remote sensing, and real-time data analytics enable proactive monitoring, predictive hazard identification, and rapid dissemination of alerts. Early warning systems facilitate the timely detection of natural disasters, industrial accidents, pandemics, and environmental threats, allowing decision-makers to allocate resources efficiently and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. The findings indicate that AI-based predictive models, IoT-enabled sensor networks, and integrated communication platforms significantly enhance situational awareness, reduce response time, and improve public safety outcomes. However, challenges related to system interoperability, data privacy, infrastructure constraints, and the need for skilled personnel remain critical barriers to effective implementation. The study concludes that the strategic integration of innovative technologies with structured early warning systems is essential for strengthening organizational resilience and enhancing emergency preparedness, response, and recovery in complex and high-risk environments.
