چکیده مقاله:
Priming seeds with organic and chemical fertilizers has a good effect on wheat plants. Currently, increasing plant yield through seed Priming with special fertilizers has attracted much research. In this study, enriched seeds treated with combined fertilizers of humic acid, amino acid, zinc chelate, and vinasse fertilizers were compared to untreated seeds of the same cultivar. The fertilizer ratios for wheat seed Priming were ۲ kg of humic acid per ۱ ton of wheat (HA), ۲۰۰ ml of amino acid per ۱ ton of wheat (Aa), ۲ kg of zinc chelate per ۱ ton of wheat (Zn), and ۳۰۰۰ ml of vinasse per ۱ ton of wheat, respectively. This research was conducted in a greenhouse located in Darmian village, South Khorasan province. Therefore; the treatments included control (T), Humic acid+Zinc chelate (HA+Zn), Humic acid+Zinc chelate+Amino acid (HA+Zn+Aa), Humic acid+Zinc chelate+Vinasse (HA+Zn+Vn), and Humic acid+Zinc chelate+Amino acid+Vinasse (HA+Zn+Aa+Vn). The results showed that enriched seeds significantly improved wheat performance at a ۱% significance level compared to untreated seeds. Among the seed- Primed treatments, the highest plant yield in height, fresh weight, and dry weight was related to the Humic acid + Zinc chelate + Amino acid (HA + Zn + Aa) treatment, which showed an increase of ۴۳.۸۸, ۹۲.۱۲, and ۸۸.۴۶ percent, respectively, compared to the conventional seeds under the control (T). Therefore, in general, it can be concluded that the combined fertilizer of humic acid-zinc chelate-amino acid plays a fundamental role in increasing the physiological performance of wheat plants.
