چکیده مقاله:

Previous research has shown that Priming seeds with organic and chemical fertilizers significantly enhances wheat plant performance. Research on the effect of these seeds on seed yield is essential. In this study, enriched seeds treated with humic acid, amino acid, zinc chelate, and vinasse fertilizers were compared to untreated seeds of the same cultivar. The fertilizer ratios for seed priming of wheat using the soaking method were as follows: ۲ milliliters of humic acid per ۱۰۰ milliliters of distilled water (HA), ۲ milliliters of amino acid per ۱۰۰ milliliters of distilled water (AA), ۱ grams of zinc chelate per ۱۰۰ milliliters of distilled water (Zn), and ۵ milliliters of vinasse per ۱۰۰ milliliters of distilled water. This research was conducted in a greenhouse located in Darmian village, South Khorasan province. The greenhouse experiment was designed as a completely randomized block design with ۵ treatments and ۳ replications. The results showed that enriched seeds significantly improved wheat performance at a ۱% significance level compared to untreated seeds. Among the priming treatments, the humic acid (HA) treatment exhibited the highest plant performance in terms of height, fresh weight, and dry weight, with increases of ۲۸.۵۷%, ۱۰۹.۹۵%, and ۱۲۶.۹۲%, respectively, compared to the untreated seeds (control, T). In conclusion, it can be generally concluded that the organic-mineral fertilizer humic acid plays a crucial role in enhancing the physiological performance of wheat plants.
