چکیده مقاله:
The rapid advancement of humanoid robots has transformed science fiction into reality, with these robots increasingly deployed across work and service environments such as healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and customer service. As humanoid robots are designed to interact naturally with humans, their successful integration depends not only on technological development but also on the ability of humans and organizations to adapt. This paper investigates the development of humanoid robots and examines the essential capabilities required for effective human-robot collaboration in professional settings. Through a systematic review of existing literature, three key domains—human capabilities, collaboration configurations, and contact-related attributes—were identified as fundamental to successful human-humanoid robot interaction. Findings emphasize the importance of workforce development initiatives focused on improving employee attitudes, technological readiness, communication skills, safety awareness, and ethical understanding. The study highlights that humanoid robots are not replacements for human labor but partners that reshape work structures and require strategic investment in human development to ensure safe, efficient, and ethical collaboration.
