چکیده مقاله:

Study of ۱۰۰ WWTP operators in Tehran examined links between blood group and productivity indicators (fatigue, concentration, performance). O+ (۳۰%) and A+ (۲۵%) were most common; B+ (۴%) least. O− and O+ reported lower fatigue and higher concentration/performance; B+ and AB− showed opposite patterns. ANOVA showed significant group differences (p < ۰.۰۵). Tukey tests highlighted O− vs B+ (fatigue, concentration) and O+ vs AB− (performance). Regression controlling for age, gender, education, and experience identified O− as a predictor of lower fatigue (β = −۰.۲۸, p = ۰.۰۰۳) and higher concentration (β = +۰.۳۱, p = ۰.۰۰۱); O−/O+ predicted better performance (β = +۰.۲۶, p = ۰.۰۰۵). Education, shift type, and role also mattered: diploma/bachelor > master’s; rotating shifts > fixed; supervisors excelled despite more fatigue. Fatigue correlated negatively with concentration (r = −۰.۶۱) and performance (r = −۰.۵۲); concentration correlated positively with performance (r = +۰.۴۹). Biological and occupational factors jointly shape productivity.
