Teaching Assistant software, as an innovative instrument in student education, has garnered significant attention in recent years. By leveraging Business Intelligence, this tool has played an effective role in enhancing students’ academic achievement and streamlining educational processes within schools and institutions. The financial dimensions of Teaching Assistant tools are of paramount importance; while implementation and maintenance costs may impact educational budgets, they simultaneously lead to a substantial Return on Investment through improved educational quality and reduced student dropout rates. Functioning as an analytical tool, Business Intelligence analyzes data regarding student academic progress and empowers teachers and administrators to make informed decisions to elevate educational standards using precise data. This paper investigates the financial implications and BI applications within Teaching Assistant software, examining how such software influences students’ academic achievement with a specific focus on its utility in industry-oriented education. The findings indicate that the proper implementation of these systems can result in enhanced student performance as well as the optimization of educational processes. Specifically, this study addresses the financial dimensions and economic benefits of utilizing Teaching Assistant tools, analyzing the challenges and opportunities presented by the integration of BI in this domain[۱].
