The study analyzes diverse perspectives on AI-generated works, from granting AI independent legal status to attributing ownership solely to human collaborators or shared ownership models. By examining legal frameworks in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, and Iran, this paper highlights the gaps in current laws and the necessity for transformative approaches to address these challenges. The study proposes the development of comprehensive legal solutions that balance innovation, ethical considerations, and the rights of human and AI contributors.
