Quality management is one of the key approaches to improving organizational performance and increasing the productivity of production lines. Implementing quality standards, identifying defects prior to mass production, process improvement, and employee participation are among the outcomes that can lead to cost reduction, increased production speed, and improved product quality [۱]. This article examines the direct and indirect effects of quality management on production line productivity and reviews the findings of relevant domestic studies.
