Artificial intelligence (AI) has rapidly emerged as a transformative technology across various managerial fields, particularly in financial and marketing management. With capabilities in large-scale data processing, predictive analytics, automation, and natural language processing, AI has reshaped how organizations operate and compete. This paper examines the expanding role of AI in marketing and financial management, focusing on customer behavior analysis, personalization, advertising optimization, risk management, forecasting, and fraud detection. Despite the significant advantages, challenges such as ethical issues, data privacy concerns, and the need for high-quality datasets remain. Using a descriptive–analytical approach, this study reviews reliable academic sources to highlight how AI has become a strategic necessity in modern managerial environments.
