چکیده مقاله:

Today, organizations increasingly emphasize the importance of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM). SHRM plays a vital role in organizational performance and job satisfaction. People are considered the primary element in organizational development. Strategic decisions determine the need for skills and human resources. The purpose of the present study is to examine the effect of strategic human resource management on employee job satisfaction and organizational performance. An effective HRM strategy systematically organizes all HR activities in order to directly influence employee performance and behavior in a way that leads the business toward organizational success. The more effective performance management is in achieving organizational goals, the greater the improvement in productivity, leading to higher market share and profit for the organization. The continuity of this process results in value creation, sustainability, and survival of organizations in today's turbulent competitive environment. This study is descriptive and analytical in method, and data were gathered using library research and note-taking.
