چکیده مقاله:

This study aims to model the human factors influencing the decline of work activity in private-sector cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in Tehran. Using a multifactorial approach, psychological, ergonomic, and organizational variables were examined among a sample of ۳۰۰ employees selected from a population of ۷۲۰. Data were collected via standardized questionnaires measuring burnout, job satisfaction, leadership style, ergonomic conditions, and work activity effectiveness. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze the relationships between variables and identify key predictors of work activity decline. Findings revealed that higher burnout and poor ergonomic conditions significantly contribute to reduced work effectiveness, while transformational leadership and job satisfaction act as protective factors. The results highlight the complex interplay of human factors in occupational performance and suggest targeted interventions to mitigate decline. This research contributes to the field by integrating multiple dimensions of employee experience and offering practical recommendations for management in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Limitations and future research directions are discussed.
