Spontaneous Pregnancy After Flora Lifestyle Modification and Auriculotherapy: A Case Report

Background: Diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) is commonly associated with poor fertility outcomes, and oocyte donation is often considered the only viable option. Reports on alterative approaches remain scarce. Case Presentation: A ۴۲-year-old woman (G۲P۲) with a history of infertility was advised to undergo oocyte donation due to low ovarian reserve (AMH: */ ng/mL). She declined and attended our clinic, where she received Flora lifestyle modification (nutrition, stress management, physical activity, sleep hygiene) combined with four sessions of auriculotherapy. Following the intervention, a dominant ۲۰ mm Graafian follicle was observed in the left ovary, despite persistently low AMH. Soon after, her pregnancy test was positive. As of September ۲, ۲۰۲۵, she is ۱۴ weeks pregnant and in good health. Conclusion: This case suggests that lifestyle optimization and auriculotherapy may provide a complementary option for women with DOR, potentially enhancing natural conception.
