ساخت و مشخصه‌یابی نانوپو در آناتاز TiO2 جانشانی شده با فلز انتقالی منگنز به روش سل - ژل

In this paper, Ti -xTMxO nanopowders were prepared by sol-gel method, where TM is the transition metal Mnand x is the dopant concentration(x c. Thecrystalline structure and phase formation of the samples were investigated by X-Ray diffraction (XRD),Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM) and Energy-Dispersive Xry spectroscopy (EDX). Moreover, themagnetic behaviors were studied by Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM). The results indicated thesubstitutions of ion Mn to ion Ti in the TiO lattice.Also the particle size and magnetic behavior of sampleswere influenced by the dopant concentration and the sample TiO :Mn, whit concentrations of % exhibitedparamagnetism behavior.
