چکیده مقاله:
This article provides a criminological analysis of violent delinquency among Afghan migrants within the framework of social inequality and social exclusion theories. Afghan migrants in host societies, particularly under legal, economic, and social restrictions, are frequently exposed to various forms of structural inequality and institutional discrimination. Such conditions place them in marginalized social and spatial positions, increasing their vulnerability to social harm and violent behaviors. The purpose of this study is to examine how structural pressures and exclusionary mechanisms contribute to the emergence of violent delinquency, rather than reducing it to individual or cultural explanations. The research adopts a qualitative-analytical approach based on doctrinal analysis and criminological theoretical frameworks. Drawing upon strain theory, relative deprivation theory, social disorganization theory, and labeling theory, the study analyzes existing literature, socio-legal data, and prior empirical findings concerning migrant communities. The findings indicate that violent delinquency among Afghan migrants results from the complex interaction of structural pressures, limited access to employment, education, and social services, spatial marginalization, weakened social control, and stigmatization processes. Persistent inequality and exclusion undermine social capital and trust in formal institutions, thereby increasing the risk of both individual and collective violence. The study concludes that effective prevention requires multi-level, structural-oriented strategies, including legal reforms, reduction of social inequalities, economic empowerment, improved access to education and social services, and strengthening social cohesion between migrants and the host society.
