چکیده مقاله:
Health promotion has entered a new era shaped by artificial intelligence (AI) and modern medical advances. This systematic review examines how these innovations contribute to improving family and population wellbeing. Traditional approaches to health promotion, while effective, often face limitations in accessibility, scalability, and personalization. The integration of AI, digital health, and precision medicine offers transformative solutions. This review synthesizes evidence from research published between ۲۰۱۰ and ۲۰۲۴ across multiple databases to evaluate the role of AI and medical technologies in preventive care, early detection, health education, and holistic wellbeing. The findings indicate that AI enhances risk prediction, supports tailored interventions, and strengthens public health surveillance. Modern medical advances such as telemedicine, wearable health devices, and genetic testing empower families to adopt proactive health behaviors and enable populations to achieve more equitable health outcomes. In addition, innovations such as digital therapeutics and minimally invasive diagnostics expand opportunities for health promotion at scale. Nevertheless, ethical concerns, privacy issues, technological disparities, and gaps in policy remain significant barriers to adoption. The review concludes that sustainable health promotion in the era of AI requires inclusive policy frameworks, strong governance, cross-sector collaboration, and investment in equitable digital infrastructure. By aligning technological innovations with global health priorities, families and populations can benefit from more resilient, equitable, and future-oriented health systems.
