چکیده مقاله:
The success of acquiring a second language mostly depends on the mastery of teachers. What makes these teachers specific is being hidden not in just transmitting knowledge, but also other criteria involved in the process, such as teachers' Pedagogical Content knowledge (PCK) and Technical Content Knowledge (TPCK). In this study, the core features of an expert teacher as well as the definition of Technical Content Knowledge (TPCK) and Pedagogical Content knowledge (PCK) are being reviewed by analyzing ۲۰ articles via Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis (PRISMA) guidelines and framework. Finding that a master teacher is the one who had classroom management and utilizes the correct strategy suitable for each lesson while noticing individuals' differences and characteristics alongside different criteria. This article implicates on both novice teachers and experienced ones who do not achieve mastery and expertise. we hope this article solves many problems of novice teachers in the field of English language teaching (ELT).
