Voltage fluctuations in power systems are one of the problems that electrical engineers always face and use auxiliary controllers for stability. In order to increase the stability of the power system and solve the problems, classical controllers are used. Considering the importance of this controller, in this research, the intelligent design of STATCOM fuzzy controllers is carried out in the stability of the power system with the presence of a wind turbine. The STATCOM reactive power compensator is frequently used to regulate the voltage of dynamic loads in parallel in the power system. The lack of reactive power in power networks causes voltage drops and voltage fluctuations. If the mentioned devices can control the voltage after the disturbance, the system voltage is controllable and the network is stable in terms of voltage. Overcoming the voltage drop in today's large systems with wind turbines during short circuits requires a network code. In fact, when a fault occurs, the voltage drop in the network can be compensated in an unbalanced state by using power devices. In this research, two MW variable speed turbines connected to the grid on nine IEEE standard buses are implemented in the MATLAB/SIMULINK software environment. The results obtained from the analysis and work carried out in this field are compared and presented.
