چکیده مقاله:
Planners, managers and operators of the new generation port, have new vision, attitude and understanding from types of activities and development of these ports. They consider the port asa dynamic and complex being developed in a series of complex networks of production,international distribution of goods and services .Based on this idea, view of managers on this generation of ports has changed from passive roleproviding port facilities and services to an active role in the process of global trade cooperation.By the new approach being proposed in the new generation of port management, PMO have toestablish a good management system for excellence maritime industry and ports, especially to promote growth and achieve its main goal, to provide infrastructure and services needed to ensure customers. In this study stated that the use of performance management system is suitable for theorganization to implement its strategic plan must first PMO to be designed and drawn by themethod of balanced scorecard (BSC) with the help of technical knowledge and Experiences ofCertified Consultants and Smart managers.This article has been described formulation and implementation of performance management system in PMO set Provides access to excellence goals of the organization and looks with the strategic and efficient approach to a new generation of port management.
