چکیده مقاله:
In this study, the mediating role of employee empowerment in the effectof job satisfaction on organizational performance was investigated. The statistical population of this study is the employees of the General Administration of Tax Affairs of Isfahan, which is a total of ۹۱ people, of which ۶۳ people were randomly selected according to Cochran's formula. Data were collected using performance questionnaires, employee empowerment questionnaires, and job satisfaction questionnaires. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and Smart PLS software. The results of structural equation modeling showed that job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational performance directly with a path coefficient of ۱.۰۵۸ and indirectly with the mediating role of employee empowerment with a path coefficient of ۰.۶۱. In addition, job satisfaction with a path coefficient of ۰.۵۲۷ has a positive effect on employee empowerment and employee empowerment with a path coefficient of ۰.۲۷۱ It has a positive effect on organizational performanceIn this study, the mediating role of employee empowerment in the effectof job satisfaction on organizational performance was investigated.
