چکیده مقاله:

One of the most significant global health challenges is cardiovascular disease, which affects millions of people from a wide range of demographics. New therapeutic approaches, such as using phytotherapy and exosomes generated from plants, have drawn more attention as a means of enhancing tissue healing and heart function in resolving unreached requirements. Plant-derived exosome-like nanovesicles (PELNs), which are autonomously released by plant cells, are bilayer membrane-enclosed nanovesicles that possess the capacity to transport a diverse array of bioactive compounds, including proteins, metabolites, and ribonucleic acids (RNAs). These tiny particles have shown promise in modifying biological functions, promoting regeneration processes and improving cell survival in cardiovascular tissues. Their potential for modulating cellular signaling pathways, controlling inflammation, and delivering medicinal chemicals has been the subject of several research in recent years. In order to shed light on the potential function of PELNs as promising agents in cardiovascular treatment and myocardial regeneration, this review attempts to compile a few of these cutting edge techniques. We hope this research aids in patients' recovery.
