چکیده مقاله:

Background: Saltwater and freshwater aquatic organisms harbor monogenean Trematodes with a global distribution. These parasites attach to the surface of the fish's body from the posterior region of their body and place their mouth at the free end. The purpose of this study was to annually screen for infection with Gyrodactylus and Dactylogyrus Trematodes in freshwater fish farms and send a report to the Aquatic Veterinary Department of Qazvin to prevent losses. Method: In fish, the presence of monogenean is usually considered natural. Fish samples from the cold storage farms were sent to the laboratory by a veterinary network technician while maintaining the cold chain. In the laboratory, developing monogenean embryos and hooks were observed by preparing wet spreads with pool water. The penetration of Dactylogyrus hooks into the host's body causes small grayish ulcers in the epidermis layer of the skin and scaling of the median and dorsal fins. Gyrodactylus hooks cause gill turbidity and reduced respiratory efficiency. Results: In order to diagnose parasitology, ۱۶۳ trout were caught and sent randomly from the eastern and western Alamut counties during the summer and fall of ۱۴۰۳. The incidence of Gyrodactylus in East Alamut was ۳۴.۶% and Dactylogyrosis was ۱۷.۲%. Also, Gyrodactylus in West Alamut was ۱۳.۸% and Dactylogyrosis was ۵.۹%, which was statistically significant in East Alamut (P<۰.۰۵). This study is part of the parasitic fauna of Qazvin's underground fish. Conclusion: The recent assessment of the relative pollution control methods indicated improved farming management and improved environmental conditions of the farms under study. Since different stages of monogenean Trematodes are sensitive to drugs, the present study facilitates the treatment process with formalin, malachite green and beta-Trichlorophene by early detection of parasites.
