چکیده مقاله:

مقدمه: اصطلاح اینفودمیک (همه گیری اطلاعات) به دنبال رشد سریع و گسترده اطلاعات درست و نادرست، شایعات و اخبار جعلی در طول همه گیری کووید-۱۹ و پیامدهای جدی آن برای سلامت و ایمنی عمومی مطرح شد. هدف این مطالعه، شناسایی راهبرد های موثر برای ارتقای سواد رسانه ای جامعه در مواجهه با اینفودمیک سلامت بود. مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه یک مرور دامنه ای بود که براساس چارچوب توسعه یافته O'Malley & Arksey طراحی و اجرا شد. تمام پژوهشهای مرتبط با موضوع راهبرد های موجود برای ارتقای سواد رسانه و مقابله با اینفودمیک سلامت به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی در بازه زمانی ۲۰۲۰-۲۰۲۲ در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی PubMed،CINAHL، Embase ,Scopus, Web of Science , MagiranوSID, همراه با موتور جستجوی Google scholar با استفاده از کلید واژههای مرتبط و براساس معیارهای ورود و خروج در ۶ گام شامل شناسایی سوال پژوهش، شناسایی مطالعات مرتبط، انتخاب مطالعات، استخراج داده ، تحلیل داده و در نهایت مشاوره تخصصی انجام شد. یافته ها: در مرحله اول مرور دامنه ای تعداد ۸۳۱۱ مدرک از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی منتخب بازیابی شد. با غربالگری عناوین و چکیده، در نهایت ۱۲۸ مقاله برای جمع آوری داده ها و تحلیل محتوا باقی ماند. مدارک منتخب بررسی و راهبرد های مقابله با اینفودمیک و ارتقای سواد رسانه استخراج و در قالب مضامین اصلی و فرعی در ۱۰ طبقه موضوعی شامل: نظارت دولتی، آموزش، فرهنگ تفکر انتقادی، فناوری، کنترل و تصحیح، اشاعه اطلاعات موثق، مداخلات روانشناختی، شبکه های اجتماعی، نظارت مردمی و نفوذ مشاهیر دسته بندی شد. نتیجه گیری: توجه به ارتقای سواد رسانه ای به عنوان زیربنای یک رفتار اطلاعاتی سالم و مبتنی برشواهد در بین مردم و سیاستگذاری های شفاف و مبتنی برشواهد از سوی دولت ها می تواند راهکارهایی موثر برای توانمندسازی جامعه در مقابله با اختلالات اطلاعاتی واینفودمیک سلامت باشد.
