چکیده مقاله:

Photovoltaic (PV) systems are one of the next generation’s renewable energy sources for our world energy demand. PV modules are highly reliable. However, in polluted environments, over time, they will collect grime and dust.Also reflection of the sun’s irradiance typically reduces the electrical yield of PV modules .The PV temperature is influenced by environmental variables such as: irradiance ambient temperature, intensity and direction of the wind, module design, orientation and mounting structure. As well as it is influenced by electrical parameters.Additionally, when a module’s cell temperature is elevated there is 0.4%/K decrease in voltage and power for single- and multi-crystalline silicon solar cells, that number may reach 20% on the other hand the accumulation of dust on the surface of a photovoltaic module decreases the radiation reaching the solar cell and produces losses in the generated power. Dust not only reduces the radiation on the solar cell, but also changes the dependence on the angle of incidence of such radiation. It shows that the mean of the daily energy loss along a year caused by dust deposited on the surface of the PV module is around 6%.In this paper, photovoltaic modules have been studied experimentally. Outdoor condition is based on ambient climate of Tabriz. Photovoltaic modules was kept facing the equator at a tilt of +15° ( is latitude of the place and =38.7 N for Tabriz) from the horizontal for getting maximumradiation with water flow over the front face of photovoltaic Panels (water have a refractive index of 1.3, is a viable intermediary between glass nglass=1.5 and air nair=1.0, n is refractive index). In addition to help keeping the surface clean, water decreases cell temperatures up to 22°C and the electrical yield can reach 20%.
