The Role of Knowledge Management in Improving the Performance of Organizations and Educational Centers

This article presents a research study that examines the critical role of Knowledge Management (KM) in enhancing the performance of contemporary organizations and educational centers.Knowledge, recognized as a vital strategic asset in the modern knowledge economy, necessitates systematic management to translate potential value into tangible organizational outcomes. This study synthesizes existing theoretical frameworks and empirical evidence to delineate the mechanisms through which effective KM practices—including knowledge acquisition, creation, sharing, storage, and application—contribute to improved operational efficiency, innovation capacity, decision-making quality, and overall competitiveness.
