چکیده مقاله:

The continuous and rapid growth in the use of social media platforms has become a defining feature of the digital age. A growing concern, however, is that these platforms have evolved into massive sources of unstructured data spanning diverse domains including business, government, and healthcare. The increasing reliance on social networks underscores the necessity of data mining techniques, which can assist in organizing and refining unstructured data into structured, interpretable patterns. Despite the availability of a wide range of data mining methods and algorithms, each comes with its own set of advantages and limitations. Consequently, selecting the most appropriate algorithm for a specific application remains a critical research challenge. This paper explores the key challenges in the field of data mining, with a particular focus on its applications and prospects in the analysis of social media data. The insights and findings presented in this study aim to contribute to future research in this emerging field.
