The rise of the metaverse as a collective virtual space has profound implications for managing organizational structures and team dynamics. This paper examines how traditional management practices are being transformed by the challenges and opportunities presented by the metaverse. Through a review of current literature and case studies, this study analyzes the effects of the metaverse on key aspects such as digital leadership, virtual collaboration, and organizational decision-making processes. The findings indicate that while the metaverse offers enhanced collaborative tools, it also necessitates fundamental changes in management strategies to fully leverage this emerging technology.
