چکیده مقاله:
This study examines the impact of industrial training programs, which are designed to provide participants with practical experience in both private and government sectors, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application. Utilizing advanced statistical tools for data analysis, the research reveals that such training significantly boosts students' communication skills, helps them identify suitable research areas, and fosters social and professional development. Employees also gain confidence in problem-solving and the importance of continuous learning, though they face challenges like workplace safety. The study underscores the importance of industrial training in enhancing both students' and employees' competencies, advocating for its recognition as a vital tool for career development.
