چکیده مقاله:

For decades, the concept of an "Islamic Economy" in Iran has remained largely an unfulfilled promise, oscillating between lofty ideals and practical failures. This paper argues that the current state of Iran's economy, far from being a mere collection of Sharia-compliant rules or disparate fiscal policies, is a direct consequence of our failure to articulate a coherent "Islamic Economic Governance Paradigm." This paradigm critically hinges on three missing philosophical pillars: a contemporary and indigenous Islamic Political Philosophy to define the dynamic relationship between religion and the state; a robust Islamic Political Theology to delineate the legitimate scope of religious intervention in worldly affairs; and a practical Philosophy of Islamic Strategic Management to translate divine ideals into actionable, implementable models. In the absence of these foundational philosophical underpinnings, what is presented as an Islamic economy not only proves ineffective but actively exacerbates the nation's economic challenges, leading to pervasive rhetoric without substance. The ۴۵-year post-revolutionary experience of Iran serves as a compelling case study, illustrating this fundamental disconnect between aspirations and reality.
