چکیده مقاله:
Natural disasters frequently precipitate extensive devastation, simultaneously impacting the ecological environment and the socio-economic fabric of affected populations. This paper examines the spectrumof international treaties, spanning from the seminal United Nations Charterof ۱۹۴۵ to the recent TC۲ Meeting convened in Bonn in ۲۰۲۳, seeking todelineate the progressive acknowledgment of inherent rights of individuals, specifically those pertaining to mobility, property ownership, and thepivotal principle of self-determination, in relation to territory. In light ofthis, the study underlines that there lies an imperative responsibility uponthe international community to both recognise and fortify these emergentrights, compelling the formulation of specialised strategies for their holisticglobal realisation. Conclusively, this paper accentuates that the newlyestablished right to remain in one’s own homeland is a key aspect ofsustainable human development, as depicted within the UN ۲۰۳۰ Agenda.
