چکیده مقاله:
People with multiple sclerosis (MS) often have trouble moving around, which makes it harder for them to get around and affects their quality of life. Rehabilitation is an important part of treating MS, and new technologies are being developed to help manage debilitating symptoms. This update brings together novel treatment ideas for MS patients that have come out in the last five years. It focuses on symptoms including fatigue, stiffness, problems with the upper limbs, balance, gait, and disease progression. Neuromotor therapy, physical exercise, rhythmic auditory stimulation, gait robot training, and exergaming can all help with problems with walking and balance. The only effective way to deal with weariness is through exercise. Non-invasive brain stimulation has promise for improving spasticity. Another effective way to support individuals with upper limb dysfunction is to have them perform functional tasks repeatedly in real or virtual settings. Arm robots can be utilized for people who have more serious disabilities. Training through seeing others do things is also useful. Studies indicate that rehabilitation positively influences pyramidal symptoms, fatigue, neuroplasticity, and neuroprotection.
