چکیده مقاله:

Medical engineering serves as the bedrock upon which many modern medical advancements are built. It is an interdisciplinary field that applies engineering principles and design concepts to medicine and biology for healthcare purposes, such as diagnosis, monitoring, and therapy. The scope of medical engineering is vast and encompasses numerous specialized areas, each contributing unique expertise to the development of effective medical solutions. Regenerative medicine is a rapidly advancing field dedicated to restoring the structure and function of damaged or diseased tissues and organs. Its core promise lies in the body's inherent ability to heal and regenerate, amplified and directed by scientific interventions. At the heart of regenerative medicine are stem cells, a potent source of therapeutic potential. The convergence of medical engineering and regenerative medicine represents a paradigm shift in healthcare. By leveraging sophisticated engineering principles and the regenerative potential of stem cells, these fields are paving the way for more effective, personalized, and accessible therapies. While challenges persist, ongoing advancements in areas like gene editing, ۳D bioprinting, and artificial intelligence are poised to overcome these obstacles, heralding a future where damaged tissues and organs can be reliably repaired and regenerated, significantly improving human health and well-being.
