چکیده مقاله:

The strategic timing of food intake and physical activity confers significant benefits, particularly in enhancing lipid metabolism and insulin sensitivity. Individuals with type ۲ diabetes and obesity must undergo substantial lifestyle modifications. Both the precise timing of meals and physical activity can modulate insulin signaling pathways, thereby improving their functional efficacy. Exercise mitigates insulin signaling dysfunctions in adipose tissue, skeletal muscle, liver, and the pancreas by activating various molecular pathways induced during physical activity. Notably, individuals with insulin resistance have demonstrated improved insulin sensitivity and enhanced glucose uptake following exercise-induced muscle contractions. Research approaches in exercise training should emphasize the temporal coordination of nutrition and physical activity as critical factors in metabolic regulation. To prevent and manage type ۲ diabetes and obesity, it is imperative to incorporate both appropriate dietary habits and exercise regimens, with a focus on optimizing the timing of these interventions.
