چکیده مقاله:
This study investigates the intersection of deconstructivist architecture, executive behavior, and financial strategy within the socio-cultural context of Iran. While deconstructivism is often examined through aesthetic and philosophical lenses, this research reframes it as a behavioral and economic artifact—reflecting the psychological traits and capital strategies of its initiators. Drawing on foundational theories from Derrida, Jung, Cross, and Fama, the paper employs a qualitative case study approach to analyze selected architectural projects and profile their leading executives. Findings reveal a consistent triadic relationship: executives exhibit high openness and archetypal projection; financial strategies reflect behavioral biases such as overconfidence and emotional valuation; and architectural forms embody symbolic ruptures and identity negotiation. These patterns suggest that deconstructivist architecture in Iran functions not merely as spatial experimentation, but as a medium of self-definition, cultural commentary, and strategic investment. The study offers a conceptual framework for understanding architecture as a fusion of psyche, capital, and form—relevant to designers, planners, and behavioral scientists alike.
