چکیده مقاله:
Leaders cultivate adaptive and creative organizations by integrating individual support, ambidextrous resource allocation, and learning-oriented strategies to drive innovation across organizational, team, and individual levels. Drawing from ten empirical and conceptual studies, this report synthesizes key practices: transformational behaviors such as vision articulation, role modeling, intellectual stimulation, and empowerment foster motivation, psychological safety, and a supportive innovation climate, as evidenced in four studies enhancing team creativity and agile service delivery. Ambidextrous leadership-balancing exploratory and exploitative activities through structural separation, senior integration, and adaptive decision-making-emerges as critical in five analyses, yielding incremental and radical innovations alongside organizational renewal and learning. Further, knowledge management practices like interdisciplinary collaboration, absorptive capacity building, and cognitive diversity facilitation via productive conflict and ground rules-underpin sustained competitive advantages, with mechanisms including cultural shifts, resource access, and team processes. Outcomes span enhanced performance metrics, creative outputs, and adaptive capabilities, underscoring the need for contextual alignment in diverse sectors. These findings offer actionable insights for leaders to navigate strategic tensions and embed innovation systematically, promoting long-term agility and renewal.
