This crime has undergone many transformations and changes over time, but the only thing that has remained constant since its inception and formation is its ugliness and reprehensible nature. This crime has been called ugliness and hatred in all periods of human life, and heavy punishments have been considered for it, both by the people and society, especially in primitive societies where there was no written law, and in modern societies by the legislator. Therefore, in this research, an attempt was made to investigate the causes and factors of car theft in the streets and places in Sabzevar city, which has an increasing number of thefts, through interviews with experts in this field.
