The quality of education largely depends on the methods used to deliver instruction and engage students in the learning process. This study examines the impact of innovative teaching approaches on student engagement, motivation, and academic outcomes, comparing them with traditional teaching methods. Data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with teachers, students, and parents, and analysis of instructional materials and lesson plans. The findings indicate that student-centered approaches, including active learning, project-based learning, cooperative learning, and flipped classrooms, significantly enhance student participation, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. These methods promote personalized learning by accommodating diverse learning styles and providing opportunities for independent study, self-paced review, and interactive engagement. Integration of technology further supports active learning, offering students access to digital resources, interactive platforms, and real-world applications. While traditional methods provide structured content delivery and curriculum coverage, they are less effective in fostering active engagement, higher-order thinking, and collaborative skills. The study highlights that combining innovative strategies with traditional practices can maximize learning outcomes, creating inclusive, interactive, and motivating classroom environments.
