چکیده مقاله:

Auto-thermal configurations are recognized as a novel concept in process intensification. In this paper, a dual-functionality well-mixed catalyst pattern is used for radial flow configuration in heavy paraffin dehydrogenation unit. In the autothermal radial flow reactor (AT-RFR), the hydrogen drain-off mechanism in hydrogenation-dehydrogenation reaction is applied. The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) is used for multi-objective optimization of this configuration. Olefin production rate, selectivity and nitrobenzene conversion are maximized as three objective functions. The Shannon’s Entropy, LINMAP and TOPSIS methods as three decision making approaches are used to select the final solution of Pareto front. The optimization results are shown that objective function enhanced about ۱.۱, ۱۴.۲ and ۲۶۷%, respectively, based on LINMAP methods compared with the non-optimized configuration.
