چکیده مقاله:
Human Resource Management (HRM) in the current era is facing a fundamental transformation: a shift from traditional, intuition-based approaches towards data-driven analytics. This transformation, known as “HR Analytics” or “People Analytics,” enables organizations to make more informed decisions and significantly increase organizational effectiveness by utilizing workforce-related data. This article analytically examines the importance, dimensions, methods, benefits, and challenges of integrating data-driven analytics into key HRM processes. Key findings of this research indicate that by providing deep insights into areas such as recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, employee retention, and succession planning, data-driven analytics helps HR managers and organizational leaders to better understand complex workforce challenges and adopt more effective solutions. This approach leads to improved accuracy in forecasting workforce needs, increased productivity, reduced costs associated with the employee lifecycle (such as recruitment and turnover costs), and ultimately, an enhancement of overall organizational effectiveness. By integrating advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, organizations can move towards predicting workforce risks and designing prescriptive interventions. However, success in this domain requires overcoming challenges such as data quality, information security, the need for new skills within the HR team, and shifting the organizational culture towards data-centricity. By presenting a framework for the successful implementation of HR Analytics, this article assists managers in leveraging this powerful tool to achieve their organization’s strategic goals.
