The concept of quality of work life (QWL) programs emphasizes enhancing employees’ job satisfaction through the improvement of intrinsic motivation and workplace conditions. The present study aimed to investigate the key factors influencing the quality of work life and employee satisfaction at the National Oil Products Distribution Company of Esfahan. The statistical population consisted of ۲۶۰ contractual and contract-based employees, from which ۱۵۹ individuals were selected as the research sample using a random sampling method. A descriptive-correlational research design was employed, and data were collected through a structured questionnaire. The findings revealed a strong negative correlation between salary and benefits, welfare facilities, and health services with employees’ job satisfaction, indicating that inadequate financial and welfare support leads to lower satisfaction levels. Conversely, a significant positive relationship was observed between educational opportunities and job satisfaction, as well as between employee participation in decision-making and job satisfaction. These results highlight the importance of employee empowerment, career development, and participatory management in improving the overall quality of work life and organizational performance.
