The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Human Resource Management (HRM) has become a transformative driver of organizational change, particularly in industries facing rapid technological disruption such as automotive manufacturing. While AI has been widely applied in production systems, predictive maintenance, and intelligent driving technologies, its strategic role in managing human resources in the automotive sector remains relatively underexplored. This paper examines the potential and challenges of AI adoption in HRM, focusing on recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee well-being within the automotive industry. Through a systematic review of recent literature (۲۰۲۱–۲۰۲۵), the study highlights how AI-powered tools, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, and machine learning algorithms, optimize workforce planning, enhance training effectiveness, and improve workplace safety. Moreover, the findings identify barriers such as data privacy risks, algorithmic bias, and resistance to change that hinder successful adoption. The discussion emphasizes that AI-driven HRM practices not only improve efficiency and decision-making but also enable automotive firms to build resilient, adaptive, and future-ready workforces aligned with the demands of Industry ۴.۰ and smart mobility.
