Digital Transformation and the Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Iranian Karate Federation: Exploring Its Impact on Entrepreneurial Drivers within the Organization

Digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence in various industries, especially in the field of sports, has been raised as a basic need. The Iranian Karate Federation is also trying to exploit these technologies according to global trends. This paper examines the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence on intra-organizational entrepreneurial drivers in the Iranian Karate Federation. The present study is designed in a descriptive-analytical manner and uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The statistical population includes athletes, coaches and managers of the Iranian Karate Federation. A sample of ۱۰۰ people was randomly selected and the data were collected through a questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS software and qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis method He took it. The results of the research showed that digital transformation and artificial intelligence have a positive and significant effect on the performance of athletes and coaches. In particular, the use of artificial intelligence in performance analysis and design of educational programs has helped to identify strengths and weaknesses. Also, the results obtained from statistical tests show that there is a significant relationship between the use of digital technologies and the increase of creativity and innovation in the federation. According to the results of the research, the Iranian Karate Federation can improve its performance and entrepreneurship within its organization by using digital technologies and artificial intelligence. This transformation will not only help improve the quality of education and management, but will also pave the way for the creation of new opportunities in the field of sports. In this way, the federation can be recognized as a successful model in the field of sports in Iran.
