چکیده مقاله:

This document will provide a complete overview of Digital Twin technology in the regulatory frameworks of the insurance and financial sectors. Digital twins work as virtual models of physical systems, allowing for real-time simulation, observation, and predictive analysis. By using technologies such as the Internet of Things (IOT), artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and digital twins, we can increase our efficiency with the help of data accuracy, transparency, and accurate regulation. In insurance, digital twins facilitate precise risk evaluation, flexible underwriting, quick fraud identification, and improved claims management by merging various data sources, such as IoT devices and satellite images. They also support proactive risk prevention by modeling potential disasters, improving loss estimation, and helping design personalized insurance solutions. This shift from reactive to severe risk management greatly decreases operational costs and enhances organizational effectiveness. This approach facilitates precise, real-time risk assessment and ensures stronger compliance with complex regulatory standards. However, there are many challenges, including concerns due to privacy, integration with infrastructures, and algorithmic intolerance. This review explores the strategic opportunities of digital twins across stakeholders within the insurance ecosystem.
